Welding Engineer, Welding Technologist - IWE / IWT

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Welding inspection according to EN ISO 14731
• control of welding operation and control of welders
• communication with customers
• practical testing of welders according to EN 287-1
• ensuring WPQR according to company and customer feedback
• WPS processing, welding plans and inspection documents

REQUIREMENTS

• University / high school graduation in mechanical engineering
• knowledge of steel materials and reading technical documentation
• knowledge of welding technology and technological processes in welding
• PC skills (MS Office, Outlook, Helios and SolidWorks - an advantage)
• knowledge of English or German
• driving license
• NDT qualification (certificate level 2) - an advantage
• reliability, autonomy, active approach to solving technical problems, communication skills
• practical experience and knowledge of welding procedures and processes - the advantage

Technologist

JOB DESCRIPTION

• technological processing of orders, inquiries, ie the development of workflows, determining workplace production, incl. machines, respectively preparing necessary equipment and setting time standards
• continuous processing of technical change, solving technological problems
• operational data monitoring and evaluating them
• quality improvement and optimization of production processes
• negotiations with suppliers (technology, products, tools and equipment)
• support of production

REQUIREMENTS

• University / high school graduation in mechanical engineering field (also suitable for graduates)
• PC skills (MS Office)
• knowledge of English or German
• driving license
• team work
• experience in manufacturing or field is welcomed
